What customers say

4.8 on Trustpilot · 60,000+ reviews

“Absolutely superb service, informed and prompted as to where, when and how my sofa would be moved right throughout the whole process. From auction room to front doorstep competent and assured procedure throughout. Service with a smile from the delivery lads, and even screwed the feet back on the sofa. Really impressed, competitive price for a two-man job. Even the texts from Lola were pleasant and courteous. Ten out of ten.”

Frequently asked questions

Delivery of a two seater sofa starts at £121.55 for front-door delivery on the Eco tier. Room-of-choice delivery starts at £141.80 on the Standard tier, while Premium room-of-choice delivery costs £150.33. Your exact price depends on access details, so use the online calculator for a fixed quote.

Delivery timescale depends on the tier selected: 7–10 working days on Eco, 5–7 working days on Eco Plus, 2–4 working days on Standard, 1–2 business days on Premium, and within 36 hours on First Class.

None for packaging — the two seater sofa doesn’t need boxing or wrapping. Just make sure access is clear at both addresses, and if it won’t fit through a doorway in one piece, take it apart first, as the crew doesn’t take items apart.

Yes — Proovia Couriers collects from private sellers on any platform, not just eBay. Photo proof of collection is provided, with live tracking on Standard and higher tiers.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Proovia Couriers covers England, Wales, and mainland Scotland. Northern Ireland isn’t served at the moment.
