Personal approach
Being a huge company with many different routes and tasks every day, we provide each of our customer with 3 hours time-slot a day before collection or delivery of the item. We pay attention to time and type of task you give us in the way that minimally affects other orders on our routes considering other customers preferences.
Professional touch
Because we want to make sure your item is transported and delivered in the same condition we collect it we build our routes in respect to the size and weight of other items in the van, covering your order with special moving blankets and straps that hold them during transportation.
We do unusual and stress jobs with awkward orders
We do room-to-room jobs and house removals. Any of your request will be fulfilled according to your wishes and preferences. We have professionals with huge experience and desire to help people.
Your participation is minor
With our customer support, dispatchers and automated systems all arrangements are made by us. We contact each side of the deal in advance and take care of the rest. Just let us know what you would like and track your order on day through our LIVE tracking system!

Proovia is a UK furniture courier and removals company based in Birmingham, started by the Rusu family in 2014. Our story
Proovia started in 2014 as a small family operation, with the Rusu family doing the collection and delivery themselves. Today, Proovia runs as a platform from our hub at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, connecting independent drivers — who bring their own vehicle — with our dispatch and customer support team — a long way from the single van in 2014.
Where we cover
We deliver across England, Wales and mainland Scotland — including parts of the Highlands closer to our network. We don't currently reach the more remote Highlands areas, Northern Ireland, offshore UK islands or the Republic of Ireland — check your postcode at booking to confirm.
What we deliver
If it's large or awkward to move, we can probably help — Proovia takes on items other couriers turn down, from furniture to motorcycles, pianos and sports equipment. That covers single large-item deliveries, eBay and auction collections, and full residential removals, delivered by a two-person crew with real-time tracking from collection to delivery. We're also a UK delivery partner for Vinterior, and were featured by Interparcel in 2023 as a specialist courier for oversized items.
What makes us different
Items are covered with moving blankets and secured with straps for transport, and the crew talks you through it rather than treating it as just another drop-off. Damage cover varies by service tier, and you'll see exactly what's included before you book. We plan routes efficiently to reduce unnecessary mileage — a practice that goes back to one of the first things the Rusu family asked for when Proovia moved off spreadsheets in 2018. Our team also gives back locally: in May 2025 we helped clean up Brookvale Park in Birmingham.
