Delivery timescale depends on the tier selected: 7–10 working days on Eco, 5–7 working days on Eco Plus, 2–4 working days on Standard, 1–2 business days on Premium, and within 36 hours on First Class.

No boxing or wrapping is needed from you. The crew protects and secures the statue for transport as part of the service.

Yes — collection from private sellers, auction houses and retailers is a standard part of the service, with photo proof of collection and live tracking on Standard and higher tiers.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Coverage isn’t limited to cities — Proovia Couriers delivers across England, Wales, and mainland Scotland generally. Northern Ireland is not currently served.
