Good to know before you book

Ordered from a private seller or dealer?

There’s no need to coordinate your own collection. Proovia Couriers liaises with the seller directly, takes photo proof once collected, and delivers to your address.

Avoid a return trip

Confirming doorway, stairwell and lift access for both addresses before booking means a large small armoire doesn’t need a second attempt on a different day. See all Furniture delivery prices.

Yes. Whether it’s a private seller, an auction house, or a shop, Proovia Couriers can collect on your behalf, with photo proof provided and live tracking included from Standard upwards.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability.
