How shelf delivery works

From booking to delivery, every stage is clear and handled by a two-person team.

01

Book online

Select Shelf and enter your postcodes to receive a fixed price.

02

We collect

Your shelf is picked up by a two-person crew who secure any loose doors or shelves before transit, whether it’s coming from a seller, shop, or your own address.

03

Delivered to you

Standard tier and above place it in the room of your choice; the entry-level Eco tier delivers to your front door only.

04

Track the journey

Standard and higher tiers include live tracking and an arrival window.

Frequently asked questions

Delivery of a shelf starts at £56.99 for front-door delivery on the Eco tier. Room-of-choice delivery starts at £66.49 on the Standard tier, while Premium room-of-choice delivery costs £70.49. Your exact price depends on access details, so use the online calculator for a fixed quote.

Delivery timescale depends on the tier selected: 7–10 working days on Eco, 5–7 working days on Eco Plus, 2–4 working days on Standard, 1–2 business days on Premium, and within 36 hours on First Class.

Just accessible, not packaged. The crew handles wrapping and securing the shelf themselves as part of the collection.

Not really — Proovia Couriers collects from private sellers, shops, auction houses and dismantlers alike, with photo proof provided and live tracking from Standard upwards.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Coverage isn’t limited to cities — Proovia Couriers delivers across England, Wales, and mainland Scotland generally. Northern Ireland is not currently served.
