Yes. Proovia Couriers deals directly with whoever is at the collection address — seller, dismantler or third party — and provides photo proof regardless of who hands it over.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Yes — mainland Scotland, including the Highlands, is covered. Northern Ireland is the only exclusion.
