On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Yes — mainland Scotland, including the Highlands, is covered. Northern Ireland is the only exclusion.
