Good to know before you book

Bought this on eBay or at auction?

Proovia Couriers collects from private sellers, auction houses, retailers and dismantlers on your behalf. There’s no need to attend the collection yourself — the team liaises with the seller, sends photo proof once collected, and delivers straight to your address.

Avoid a return trip

Confirming doorway, stairwell and lift access for both addresses before booking means a large marble fire place doesn’t need a second attempt on a different day. See all Antiques, Decor & Household delivery prices.

Just accessible, not packaged. The crew handles wrapping and securing the marble fire place themselves as part of the collection.

Not really — Proovia Couriers collects from private sellers, shops, auction houses and dismantlers alike, with photo proof provided and live tracking from Standard upwards.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Proovia Couriers covers England, Wales, and mainland Scotland. Northern Ireland isn’t served at the moment.
