Good to know before you book

Sourced from eBay, an auction, or a private seller?

Proovia Couriers handles the collection directly — from a private seller, auction house, retailer or dismantler — without you needing to be there. Photo proof is provided, and the item is delivered to your address.

Parking and access both matter

As well as doorway and stairwell width, check whether the crew can park close to the entrance — it affects how quickly a compact flat packed wardrobe can be moved in or out. See all Furniture delivery prices.

What customers say

4.8 on Trustpilot · 60,000+ reviews

“I had a great experience with Proovia Couriers from start to finish. They responded quickly to my request on Shiply and then followed up with a revised quote at a reduced rate, which was very reasonable for a cross-country delivery from the west to the east coast. The booking process was straightforward and efficient, using a simple one-page form to confirm delivery details, including address, map, and instructions. Delivery slots were available just a few days after purchasing the item, which was ideal. There was a little confusion regarding the online payment receipt, but this was quickly resolved with a couple of phone calls to their helpful and responsive staff. On the day, the wardrobe arrived about 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. The two delivery men were approachable, professional, and clearly experienced. Considering they had driven hundreds of miles and were continuing on to their next job, their efficiency and attitude were impressive. They carefully carried the wardrobe into my bedroom and placed it exactly where I needed it. Overall, a smooth, reliable, and well-priced service—I would definitely recommend Proovia Couriers.”

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.
