What customers say

4.8 on Trustpilot · 60,000+ reviews

“My dishwasher was collected and delivered by Proovia Couriers on 11/11/25, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The delivery driver was absolutely amazing – without doubt the best delivery driver I have ever had the privilege to meet. He went above and beyond to help, was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was handled properly. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with such respect and consideration. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into something effortless and positive. Proovia Couriers are very lucky to have him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service based on this outstanding experience. Thank you again for the exceptional service!”
