Frequently asked questions

Delivery of a corner couch starts at £218.97 for front-door delivery on the Eco tier. Room-of-choice delivery starts at £255.47 on the Standard tier, while Premium room-of-choice delivery costs £270.83. Your exact price depends on access details, so use the online calculator for a fixed quote.

Delivery timescale depends on the tier selected: 7–10 working days on Eco, 5–7 working days on Eco Plus, 2–4 working days on Standard, 1–2 business days on Premium, and within 36 hours on First Class.

None for packaging — the corner couch doesn’t need boxing or wrapping. Just make sure access is clear at both addresses, and if it won’t fit through a doorway in one piece, take it apart first, as the crew doesn’t take items apart.

Yes — collection from private sellers, auction houses and retailers is a standard part of the service, with photo proof of collection and live tracking on Standard and higher tiers.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Northern Ireland is the only part not currently served. England, Wales, and mainland Scotland are all covered.
