Good to know before you book

Ordered from a private seller or dealer?

There’s no need to coordinate your own collection. Proovia Couriers liaises with the seller directly, takes photo proof once collected, and delivers to your address.

Parking and access both matter

As well as doorway and stairwell width, check whether the crew can park close to the entrance — it affects how quickly a compact bucket can be moved in or out. See all Antiques, Decor & Household delivery prices.

Frequently asked questions

Delivery of a bucket starts at £56.99 for front-door delivery on the Eco tier. Room-of-choice delivery starts at £66.49 on the Standard tier, while Premium room-of-choice delivery costs £70.49. Your exact price depends on access details, so use the online calculator for a fixed quote.

Delivery timescale depends on the tier selected: 7–10 working days on Eco, 5–7 working days on Eco Plus, 2–4 working days on Standard, 1–2 business days on Premium, and within 36 hours on First Class.

Only if it won’t fit through the doorways in one piece. The crew collects and protects the bucket as it is, but the crew doesn’t take items apart, so anything that needs taking apart for access should be taken apart before collection.

Yes — Proovia Couriers regularly collects from private sellers, auction houses and shops on the customer’s behalf, with photo proof of collection and live tracking on Standard and higher tiers.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Yes, mainland Scotland is covered. Northern Ireland is the only part of the UK not currently served.
