Yes — Proovia Couriers regularly collects from private sellers, auction houses and shops on the customer’s behalf, with photo proof of collection and live tracking on Standard and higher tiers.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.
