Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Proovia Couriers covers England, Wales, and mainland Scotland. Northern Ireland isn’t served at the moment.
