Proovia Delivery Plans Compared: What’s Included in Each

Every Proovia delivery is carried by a two-person crew — on all five plans, including the cheapest one. Most couriers charge extra for a second person.

What changes between plans is how far into your property we carry the item, what we pay if it is damaged, how narrow your waiting window is, and whether you get live tracking.

Will you carry it inside my home?

How far we carry the item is set by the plan, not negotiated on the doorstep. This is the most common reason a large-item delivery goes wrong with other couriers: one driver, and no agreement about who carries it up.

1

Eco — front door

We bring the item to your front door and hand it over there. Nothing is carried inside.

2

Eco Plus — ground floor

We carry the item inside, as far as the ground floor. Stairs are not included on this plan.

3

Standard and above — room of choice

The two-person crew carries the item to whichever room you want it in, upstairs included, at no extra charge.

So if the item is going to a first-floor bedroom, or there are stairs, a narrow staircase or a tight landing between the front door and where it needs to end up, choose Standard or above.

What happens if my item is damaged

Cover is set by the plan you pick at checkout. There is no fee for making a claim on any plan.

  • Eco: No damage cover
  • Eco Plus: Up to £100
  • Standard: Up to £300
  • Premium & First Class: Full value — whichever is lower, the cost of repairing the item or what it was worth immediately before we collected it

There is no fee for making a claim on any plan. Report damage to the crew at delivery, then follow up by email to [email protected].

Tracking, windows and van sharing

Live tracking

Real-time tracking with SMS updates on Standard, Premium and First Class. Basic tracking on Eco Plus, none on Eco. On every plan the crew calls or texts as they approach.

Your waiting window

A 2-hour window on Standard and above, 4 hours on Eco Plus. Eco is booked as a whole day.

Van sharing

On four of the five plans your item travels on a shared route with other customers' items, which is what keeps the price down. First Class carries at most three orders.

Which plan should I choose?

Cheapest that still works

Eco if you can take the item at the door. Eco Plus if ground floor is far enough and you want £100 of cover.

It has to get upstairs

Standard is the first plan with room of choice, real-time tracking and a 2-hour window.

Valuable, or needed fast

Premium adds full value cover and 1–2 day delivery. First Class arrives within 36 hours in a van carrying at most three orders.
