Good to know before you book

Won it at auction?

You don’t have to travel to collect it yourself. Proovia Couriers arranges collection directly with the auction house or dismantler, confirms it with photo proof, and delivers straight to your door.

Avoid a return trip

Confirming doorway, stairwell and lift access for both addresses before booking means a large tennis table doesn’t need a second attempt on a different day. See all Furniture delivery prices.

No — that’s not necessary with Proovia Couriers. The crew arrives with everything needed to protect the tennis table for transit.

No. Proovia Couriers can collect a tennis table from a seller, auction house or shop without you being there — you’ll get photo proof once it’s collected.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Coverage isn’t limited to cities — Proovia Couriers delivers across England, Wales, and mainland Scotland generally. Northern Ireland is not currently served.
