Good to know before you book

Bought this on eBay or at auction?

Proovia Couriers collects from private sellers, auction houses, retailers and dismantlers on your behalf. There’s no need to attend the collection yourself — the team liaises with the seller, sends photo proof once collected, and delivers straight to your address.

Bigger items need a bit more planning

A compact single locker is more likely to need a clear run through doorways and stairwells — check both addresses before you book. See all Furniture delivery prices.

Frequently asked questions

Delivery of a single locker starts at £77.87 for front-door delivery on the Eco tier. Room-of-choice delivery starts at £90.85 on the Standard tier, while Premium room-of-choice delivery costs £96.32. Your exact price depends on access details, so use the online calculator for a fixed quote.

Delivery timescale depends on the tier selected: 7–10 working days on Eco, 5–7 working days on Eco Plus, 2–4 working days on Standard, 1–2 business days on Premium, and within 36 hours on First Class.

Only if it won’t fit through the doorways in one piece. The crew collects and protects the single locker as it is, but the crew doesn’t take items apart, so anything that needs taking apart for access should be taken apart before collection.

Yes — Proovia Couriers collects from private sellers on any platform, not just eBay. Photo proof of collection is provided, with live tracking on Standard and higher tiers.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Coverage spans England, Wales, and mainland Scotland; Northern Ireland is not currently included.
