What customers say

4.8 on Trustpilot · 60,000+ reviews

“Delivery on time, updates and calls to confirm delivery. Despite living on a one way road system with entitled motorists complaining loudly about being held up for a few minutes, the guys managed to deliver the 4 piece cupboard inside the house. Well done to them.”

— Maureen Griffin, Trustpilot (17 February 2026)

Yes. Proovia Couriers regularly collects from dismantlers and breakers yards as well as private sellers and shops, with photo proof of collection provided.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value.
