Yes. Proovia Couriers collects from your address and delivers to the buyer, with photo proof of collection so both sides have confirmation.

Damage cover depends on the delivery tier selected at checkout. Proovia Eco has no damage cover, so the customer assumes full liability. Eco Plus covers up to £100, Standard up to £300, and Premium and First Class cover the item’s cost or repair cost—whichever is lower—up to its full value. On Premium and First Class the first £150 of a damage-cover claim is paid by the customer; Eco Plus and Standard have no excess, and no excess applies where the damage was Proovia’s fault.

Coverage spans England, Wales, and mainland Scotland; Northern Ireland is not currently included.
