A single driver working alone on a large or heavy item risks damage to the item, your walls, floors and doorways, or to themselves. A two-person crew can carry, angle through doorways and manage stairs properly.

You do not need to help

You will not be expected to help a single driver carry your item. The two-person crew handles the lifting and carrying themselves, at every service tier.
