Bring your own Luton van and join 200+ self-employed delivery partners based in Birmingham, running pre-planned routes for Proovia — no job-board scrolling, no bidding on single jobs.
Every route is planned before you accept it, priced before you start, and paid as soon as it’s done.
~10 min application · approval as soon as tomorrow
What you stop putting up with
Most courier and delivery apps work the same way: you scroll a job board, compete for individual drops, and find out what you’re carrying only once you’ve already committed. Proovia routes work differently.
- Scroll a job board for individual drops
- Compete with other drivers to win each job
- Find out what you’re carrying after you’ve committed
- Wait out a fixed payment cycle
- A whole pre-planned route handed to you
- No bidding — ever
- Item, weight and price shown before you accept
- Paid as soon as the route is complete
Everything built into your route
Proovia’s been moving large items and furniture across the UK since 2014 — eBay and auction collections, courier routes, the lot. Bring your own Luton van and you get all of this, built in.
Complete route assignments
Unlike platforms that make you piece together jobs from several sources, we hand you an entire pre-planned route — no searching for individual jobs.
Guaranteed, on-time payment
A guaranteed rate per completed route. Jobs are pre-priced and payment is processed as soon as the route is finished — no delays, no invoicing back and forth.
Support, seven days a week
A dedicated transport support team with you from route assignment to the last drop.
Priced before you accept
Every collection lists what it is, what it weighs, and what it pays — before you tap accept.
Wallet, fuel & expense tracking
Payouts, fuel cost tracking and expense tracking sit in your account, alongside your documents.
Ready when you are
~10 minutes, saves as you go. Approval as soon as tomorrow.
What you need to become a Proovia driver
Everything below is checked once, at application — there’s no separate interview stage beyond it. Have these ready and you can get through the whole thing in one sitting.
- Your own Luton van, roadworthy and suitable for large-item work
- A full UK driving licence and a DVLA check code
- Proof of ID — passport, birth certificate, or an EU card / biometric residence permit
- A right-to-work share code and proof of your current address
- Your National Insurance number
- Goods-in-transit and hire-or-reward insurance — your own policy, stored in the app’s Insurance section once you’re approved
Since 2014
A network of 200+ driver partners
Furniture, auction lots, eBay collections — the loads Proovia has been routing across the UK since 2014. That’s the work your Luton van joins.

A day on a Proovia route
Routes land on your phone the night before or first thing in the morning — a full run of collections and drops, not a single job to chase. Each one lists what you’re carrying, roughly what it weighs, and what it pays, the same way the job pictured further down this page does, so there’s nothing to negotiate once you’re on the road.
Review the whole route, accept it in one tap, and get moving. Collection photos and delivery photos go through the app as you go — the same record that protects you if a customer disputes a drop. When the last item’s delivered, the route closes itself out and payment is processed the same day, with no invoice to chase.
Your route, priced and tracked in one place
Every job on your route arrives with its own manifest — items, weight, and price — and your account keeps the paperwork that usually chases drivers down.

Priced before you accept
Every collection lists what it is, what it weighs, and what it pays — like the job pictured — before you tap accept.
Wallet, fuel and expense tracking
Payouts, fuel cost tracking and expense tracking sit in your account, alongside your van information and insurance documents.
Support and claims, in-app
Contact support, log a claim, or check your van’s care schedule without leaving the app or waiting on hold.
What’s fixed before you accept a route
- A guaranteed rate shown before you accept — not an estimate settled afterwards
- Self-employed status — you invoice no one, Proovia pays you directly
- Collection and delivery photos logged in-app, protecting you if a job is disputed
- A support team reachable seven days a week, not just office hours

The work you’ll be delivering
Your routes are built from the same large-item work Proovia has run since 2014 — here are four examples of what regularly lands on the app.
Furniture delivery
Sofas, wardrobes, dining tables and beds — the bulk of what fills a Luton van on a typical route.
eBay and auction collection
Collected from a private seller or an auction house and delivered on to the buyer, with the condition photographed at both ends.
Two-person delivery jobs
Some routes are run with a second crew member rather than solo — furniture and large items that need two sets of hands.
Longer city-to-city legs
Some routes run between cities rather than around one — Birmingham to London, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol are the ones Proovia runs most.
Frequently asked questions
Only Luton vans are accepted on Proovia’s routes. Your vehicle must be suitable for large parcel deliveries and route-based logistics.
Self-employed. You run your own delivery business — no extra staff to hire — while Proovia supplies the routes, the app, and support seven days a week.
We’re currently recruiting drivers who live in Birmingham. Your routes themselves cover a wider area — being based in Birmingham doesn’t mean you’ll only deliver within the city.
Payment is processed as soon as you complete a route — a guaranteed rate per route, with no delays or complicated payment processes.
Proof of ID (passport, birth certificate, EU card or biometric), a right-to-work share code, proof of your current address, your driving licence, National Insurance number, a DVLA check code (UK licences), and a Luton van. Clear phone photos of your documents are fine — upload them as you reach each step.
Yes — you’ll need goods-in-transit and hire-or-reward cover for self-employed courier work. Once you’re approved, your policy documents live in the app’s Insurance section alongside your van information.
The sign-up process is simple, and you could be working as soon as tomorrow once your application is approved.
