Proovia Couriers Ltd will not tolerate the consumption of alcohol on Proovia premises or performance of your job whilst intoxicated.

Proovia Couriers may ask you to leave the premises immediately if Proovia has a bona fide concern that you are under the influence of alcohol.

Proovia Couriers Ltd will not tolerate the use or sale of illegal drugs on Proovia premises and may ask you to leave the premises immediately if Proovia has a bona fide concern that you are under the influence of illegal drugs.

Proovia Couriers Ltd will not tolerate the use of legally obtained prescribed on un-prescribed drugs whilst performing your job if such use impairs your performance at work or puts others or Proovia Couriers Ltd at risk.

Further, should Proovia Couriers Ltd be of the opinion, acting reasonably, that you are abusing alcohol or drugs and such use is having detrimental effect on your ability to perform your job, then Proovia Couriers Ltd may ask you to leave the premises. Subcontracted out and self-employed must be Drug and Alcohol tested.

It is a requirement of the law under Transport and Works Act 1992 to be in good health to work.

Proovia Nondisclosure Agreement

THIS NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of this ____________(Date), by and between Steel Trans,and [Receiving Party.Company](collectively, the "Parties"), for the purpose of preventing an unauthorised disclosure of certain Confidential Information, as defined below. WHEREAS, Disclosing Party utilizes certain Confidential Information including personal and proprietary data, lists and other protected information in the course of carrying out its business; and WHEREAS, Disclosing Party and Receiving Party intend to enter into a business work relationship; and WHEREAS, in order for Receiving Party to effectively evaluate the business relationship, Disclosing Party will need to share Confidential Information with Receiving Party;


NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby agree as follows:

  • Confidential Information.

    As used in this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes all information, whether transmitted orally or in writing, disclosed by the Disclosing Party to Receiving Party and relating to the Disclosing Party's business plans, strategies, financial information, research and development and marketing; including, without limitation, trade secrets, software, product design information, client, customer, and vendor lists, prices and pricing policies not otherwise published by third parties; research and development materials, prototypes, business plans, new products and services under development; and marketing, business and digital strategies.

    Confidential Information does not include information which is (a) known by Receiving Party at the time of receipt from the Disclosing Party, (b) approved in writing for release from this provision by the Disclosing Party, (c) now or which hereafter becomes part of the public domain through no action or omission of Receiving Party, (d) independently developed by Receiving Party without the use of Confidential Information, and/or (e) acquired by Receiving Party from a third party without restriction on use or disclosure and without breach by such third party of an obligation of confidentiality.

  • Receiving Party's Obligations.

    Receiving Party agrees to (i) to hold all of the Confidential Information in strict confidence, (ii) not to make use of any Confidential Information except for Disclosing Party's purposes; including, but not limited to, not using any Confidential Information to design, develop or produce products or services without Disclosing Party's authorization, and (iii) not to copy the Confidential Information without Disclosing Party's authorization. Should a dispute arise between the Parties as to Receiving Party's breach of this Section, Receiving Party shall bear the burden of proof to prove one of the foregoing exceptions exists.

  • Property Rights.

    The Disclosing Party retains all of its intellectual property rights in and to its Confidential Information.

    Immediately upon a written request by Disclosing Party at any time, the Receiving Party will return or destroy all Confidential Information and all documents or media containing any Confidential Information, and any and all copies or extracts thereof.

  • No License Granted.

    Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement nor the furnishing of any Confidential Information by Disclosing Party shall be construed as granting to Receiving Party either expressly, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license under any invention, patent, trademark, or copyright now or hereafter owned or controlled by Disclosing Party.

  • Remedies.

    Receiving Party acknowledges and agrees that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information of Disclosing Party, there can be no adequate remedy at law for any breach of its obligations hereunder, that any such breach may allow Receiving Party or third parties to unfairly compete with Disclosing Party resulting in irreparable harm to Disclosing Party, and, therefore, that upon any such breach or any threat thereof, Disclosing Party shall be entitled to (a) specific performance and other injunctive relief without the necessity of posting a bond, in addition to whatever remedies it might have at law, and (b) be indemnified by Receiving Party from any loss or harm, including, without limitation, attorney's fees, in connection with any breach or enforcement of Receiving Party's obligations hereunder, or the unauthorized use or release of any such Confidential Information.

  • Disclosure Restrictions and Exceptions.

    The Receiving Party will disclose Confidential Information only to its employees and to its representative whose participation is necessary or helpful to evaluate and advance to the Business Transaction and who have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The Receiving Party will limit the unauthorised disclosure of Confidential Information by using the same degree of care, but no less than a reasonable degree of care, as the Receiving Party uses to protect its own confidential information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Receiving Party is not prohibited from disclosing Confidential Information it is legally compelled to disclose (by deposition, subpoena, civil investigative demand, court order or otherwise), provided that the Receiving Party gives the Disclosing Party prompt written notice of any such required disclosure so that the Disclosing Party may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy.

Declaration of Medical Fitness

In order to provide services as a multi-drop courier, all applicants must be medically capable of fulfilling the role. This position requires extensive driving and the safe handling, organising, and delivery of a large volume of packages.

  • I possess the necessary physical fitness to successfully meet the demands of a large items courier.
  • I am not using any medication that could impair my driving or handling of shipments in a safe manner.
  • I am physically capable of driving and handling items without any medical obstructions.
  • There are no mental or physical conditions that could potentially hinder my ability to drive safely that I have not already disclosed to the DVLA.
  • If there are any changes in my ability to safely drive or handle consignments in the future, I will promptly notify Proovia.

This policy applies to all employees and anyone working at or visiting Proovia's sites.

Proovia reserves the right to search you and/or any of your property on its premises (this includes Proovia's car parks) and you agree that Proovia may search you/and or your property:

at any time, if Proovia honestly and reasonably believes or suspects that you may be in possession of, have destroyed, tampered with, concealed or handled stolen goods or has evidence of any theft or attempted theft; or if it reasonably believes or suspects that you may have drugs and or alcohol and/or other inappropriate items in the workplace; or as part of its random searching policy; or when you enter or leave Proovia's premises.


Issued badges must be worn and displayed at all times onsite.


Failure to comply with this may result in restricting your access to Proovia building.

Declaration of UK and EU Drivers License

I hereby declare that:

I have no more than six penalty points on my Drivers License and i have no Endorsements allowing me not to drive in the uk and i have non of the below codes on your driving Licence.

  • CD40 - Causing death through careless driving when unfit through drink
  • CD50 - Causing death by careless driving when unfit through drugs
  • CD60 - Causing death by careless driving with alcohol level above the limit
  • CD70 - Causing death by careless driving then failing to supply a specimen for alcohol analysis
  • CD80 - Causing death by careless, or inconsiderate, driving
  • CD90 - Causing death by driving: unlicensed, disqualified or uninsured driversDD40 Dangerous driving
  • DD60 - Manslaughter or culpable homicide while driving a vehicle
  • DD80 - Causing death by dangerous driving
  • DD90 - Furious driving
  • DR10 - Driving or attempting to drive with alcohol level above limit
  • DR20 - Driving or attempting to drive while unfit through drink
  • DR30 - Driving or attempting to drive then failing to supply a specimen for analysis
  • DR31 - Driving or attempting to drive then refusing to give permission for analysis of a blood sample that was taken without consent due to incapacity
  • DR61 - Refusing to give permission for analysis of a blood sample that was taken without consent due to incapacity in circumstances other than driving or attempting to drive
  • DR40 - In charge of a vehicle while alcohol level above limit
  • DR50 - In charge of a vehicle while unfit through drink
  • DR60 - Failure to provide a specimen for analysis in circumstances other than driving or attempting to drive
  • DR70 - Failing to provide specimen for breath test
  • DR80 - Driving or attempting to drive when unfit through drugs
  • DR90 - In charge of a vehicle when unfit through drugs
  • IN10 - Using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks
  • MS50 - Motor racing on the highway
  • TT99 - ‘totting-up’ total of penalty points reaches 12 or more within 3 years, the driver can be disqualified.
  • UT50 - Aggravated taking of a vehicle
